Leadership! Regardless of size, trauma designation or demographics leadership sets the tone for how effectively all other tests will be met. Professional Excellence is the benchmark for which to strive. This benchmark needs to be clearly laid out and articulated. Excellence can only be achieved through vision, dedication, accountability and full engagement with those around you. Your people, top to bottom, are your greatest asset. Excellent leadership will cure most ills. Poor leadership will surely turn a diamond into coal.
